I then register your details, your pet details, and chip number with a national database. Avid manufacture their chips and manage their own database, they do not use another company to manage their registrations and client details. This way it is all -in- house and any problems can be delt with the one company.

Pettrac is Avids national database, they also have contacts in European countries who inturn have their own national data bases. Pettrac have been known to contact the these countries in the hope they can reunite the pet owners with their lost animal.
